What to do when you over eat

    The weekends are the hardest for me. I lose track of the food I consumed, with friends over drinking wine and ordering pizza I get lost. Should I guest how many calories I consumed and eat less the following day?


    I think everyone can agree weekends by far are the biggest challenge! If you over indulge too much you'll spend the entire week playing catch up and ultimately wind up in a vicious cycle of gaining and losing those same few pounds. Been there, done that. I learned that I need to apply limits to the weekend too:

    1 - I log everything so I have a handle on my calories
    2 - I stay within my calorie goal Monday through Saturday
    3 - Sunday is a 'cheat' day - I eat whatever I want and
    4 - I tend to eat a bit lighter on Mondays to make up for my Sunday

    Ehhhh...just do some zumba! Lol. Burned 940 cal's yesterday, teaching a 1 hour class. Boooya!!! Lol. Good luck OP. :wink:
