Not getting sore

When I first started strength training, I would get pretty sore after each session. Now, however, I don't really get sore. Does that mean it isn't working, that I'm not progressing as much?

I find that the longer I am lifting and such, the less sore I get. Don't know if its because I get used to the soreness so It doesn't seem as bad.. But maybe try switching up the kind of workouts you do, and if you still aren't getting sore than I would chalk it up to your body is getting used to the pain0

If you're talking about DOMS (god I love that kind of soreness)...
try and increase your sets or weight to challenge your muscles and the type of moves you are doing, change it up and confuse the muscles. They adapt to the same workout day in and out.
Also, I've found that after I added glutamine to my supp regimin, my DOMS is much less intense the following few days... Not sure if you've started supplementing with something that is helping recovery....0
