Logging and going to the gym

Can anyone help me please?? I have been at MFP for 6 months now and am not really active so have my settings at i spend most of my day sitting,from next monday im coping to be going to the gym 5 days a week so im unsure what to do when it comes to changing my goals and which catagory i should tick,i hope someone can help me with this dilemma.Thanks :)
