Small Victory

I have been on MFP for almost a month. When I started I was drinking 2 cans of diet soda on average per day. With the occasional real Coke thrown in there.

The past couple weeks I have started only have 1 diet soda a day. This is a huge improvement for me.

I have increased my water intake a lot for me. Never drank much water before. My question though is sometimes I use Crystal Light to flavor the water. Is this trading one bad habit (diet soda) for another (crystal light)? Or is Crystal light okay in moderation say once a day?
