Hi There,

I've been loosing weight for about a year now. So far i've lost 46 pounds through regular diet and exercise, but i'm having real trouble loosing the last 4 pounds. I started at at 176 and want to end at 126. My body fat percentage is 24.2% which is kind of high. The problem is i get so hungry all the time. I eat 5 small meals a day totaling to 1200-1500 calories and workout 6 days a week. 3 days a week i do 1 hour of weight training and 30 mins of cardio. The other three days i do cardio for 1 hour, and for half of that time i do interval training.

I can get to 126 but i literally have to starve myself to get there with eating no carbs and i can't sustain it. I had a trainer look at my food journal yesterday and they said i should be eating only 1250-1300 calories a day even thought i work out all the time. Is this right? It just seems really low and I'm questioning it. When I do manage to stay in my calorie count i loose weight but i'm SO HUNGRY like hunger pains hungry. I try to combat it with tea and water but after a while that doesn't even work.

Any advice on what i can do to get my body fat % down and finally reach 126? I appreciate it!
