Since my weightless journey started I have been working on making low calorie versions of my favourite foods to satisfy my cravings! I've started to type up the recipes that I've come up with and I've started a blog. I will be posting all of my recipes,and food substitutions I decide to try along the way. I will also post weightloss tips and talk about the different tools I use to acheive my weightloss and fitness goals!
