Hi everyone! I'm Victoria, I'm 28 and from the UK. I've been massively overweight in the past so know how it feels, but I still have 36lbs to lose...and it's getting hard to shift.
I've used MFP before but never used the community bit so my interest and motivation soon faded. But I'm on a mission now and need to get my excess weight off, and I hope some MFP friends will help! I love exercise and do as much as i can each week so thats not an issue.....my issue is that I'm a sugar addict and eat too much. My trainer is always telling me you can't out train a bad diet and after a year I'm starting to believe him!
I don't want to get skinny, I want to lose weight to feel good and be a healthy weight. If anyone wants to help me in my quest for giving up sugar and being healthy please add me :-) xx
