MFP Exercise Versus Machine numbers

Thoughts on what calories to count? The new stationary bike I have said I burned 150 calories (level 1 workout for a half hour, heart rate in the aerobic zone). MFP states- Stationary bike, light effort (bicycling, cycling, biking) 317 calorie. I gauge my calories very carefully. Any advice on what to follow?

Neither one is gonna be right as it depends on the individual but I would go with the reading on the bike as it appears to be more realistic in my opinion0
