BMR - eat vs net

If you are eating only your BMR then do any kind of activity (even a light walk), you are not leaving enough calories for your body to perform its basic functions. You may not notice the harm you are doing right away, but you will in the long run.

so my BMR is about 2,000. Then if I set my calories on MFP for 2,000 because just follow how many calories it says I have left after I log in my exercise?0

A BMR of 2,000 sounds too high. I think you may be confusing BMR with TDEE. What are you stats? Age, Weight, Height, Sex, Activity level (not including exercise, just your day to day activities like going to work and housekeeping)?0 -

Yeah...definitely sounds high unless you are very tall...like around 6' and 250Lbs I would agree that you are most likely confusing TDEE with BMR.0
