Thunder thighs

Since I've started doing more weights, I've noticed my thighs getting bigger. I like the muscle, but it's starting to make it difficult for me to fit into my jeans. I know my lower body tends to respond well to weights, but this is a bit much. I thought I'd see if anyone had suggestions for exercises that I can do that will tone my thighs without bulking them up so much.

I asked my friend Emily, who is a personal trainer, your question and she told me: "Plyometrics and sprints."

Edit: "My full answer would be high rep weight lifting exercises (squats, lunges, ham curls, etc), plyometrics, and interval work (sprints)."0 -
I have this issue as well-I just buy bigger jeans (quite annoying to be honest).0
