How much marinade does chicken soak up?

Yoshida's sauce has quite a bit of carbs- i think 10? per tablespoon- and so I'm always wondering how much my chicken actually soaks up-
I dont think weighing before/after would work because cooking the chicken adds water from the chicken to the pan so its a lot more "juicey" after.

I want to count the yoshidas but I dont want to way over or way under- right now Im assuming 4-6oz of chicken soaks up 1-2 tbsp but after reading some posts I'm wondering if it's a lot less?!!

Any ideas?!
