Always eating the same foods...

So I've been trying to eat more nutritious or "dieting" as some would call it. But I feel like I am constantly eating the same foods. I need some ideas to incorporate some different foods/dishes into my regular diet. The problem is that I am lactose intolerant (so I try to limit dairy as much as possible throughout the day) and am allergic to nuts. So I feel somewhat restricted sometimes by what I can and cannot eat.
Below is a breakdown of what I typically eat (not necessarily what I eat all in one day!):
Breakfast:
- Reader's digest Fade Away Smoothie
- 3 egg whites
- Balance Protein Bar
Lunch:
- Salad with Romaine lettuce (croutons, carrots, peppers, sometimes chicken)
- Fruits (apples, pineapple, banana)
- Veggies (brocolli, cucumbers)
- Turkey Sandwich
- Cottage Cheese
- Yogurt
Dinner:
- Grilled chicken breast
- Veggies (asparagus, brocolli)
I have a pretty lame and plain diet and I know that I can make it more interesting. The problem is that I don't have any ideas/recipes and I don't have a lot of time. Most of my lunch items have to be things that I can eat at work quickly. So I end up always having the same things all the time. And I usually don't eat enough calories throughout the day so I end up binge eating and snacking when I get home for the day. So then my healthy eating throughout the day just gets ruined at night.
So please help! Suggestions for meal items would be much appreciated
