try water with lemon juice concentrate, not from lemons. And drink it through out the day. you can add Splenda if you want and it will taste like a lite lemonade. This will help to flush out excess water weight. I hope you feel better. ;-)0

Another thought about fiber, I found that I had problems with the fiber you drink. I got some fiber capsules form Walmart and take 5 per day and it is much easier on my digestive system.0

Cook all your vegetables. Raw vegetables can be very hard to process and cause bloating!!0
