What else would we do all day? Congratulate each other for bring awesome?

I'm down with excessive talk of awesomeness.

    You, sir, are awesome.

You are a gentleman and a scholar, not to mention obviously insightful.

The trouble comes from the extremes, those who promote irrational fears of certain foods, and those who take ridiculous license to eat unhealthy.
^^^THIS....and IIFYM may be a bad term. flexible dieting maybe a better term. i dont think even the most hardcore IIFYM advocate would say you can drink soda to fit your carb marcos, butter to fit your fats, and protein to fill ur protein needs and a metamucil for fiber. i think it means that moderate amount of "junk foods" have not been found to have an adverse effect on health.

i would be MORE than ok with this, if the one side would stop calling anyone who eats clean "orthorexic"

    respect goes both ways.

generally speaking though, I absolutely agree with the OP

I don't need a "title" or type of diet to justify my eating. I eat what I do cuz I enjoy it and everyone should do the same :flowerforyou:

I was just expressing my disgust in titles in another thread.......titles are pretentious!
