Need pro exercise tips and routines

Here are my current routines and I'd like to add a few more:
Jumping down stairs w/ only a few steps.
Skipping whenever you feel extra jolly.
Sprinting to and from places like getting stuff out of your car.
Running around the house naked after a shower to dry yourself off.
Learning simple dance moves and bustin em out around people when you think no one is looking.
Play with an energetic animal and imitate what it does.
Lol fitness makes me hyper.
