Quick Exercises

Hi Guys
I need tips of exercises I can do at home that are quick. My problem areas are my Stomach and my legs

    What kinds of exercises? Strength? Cardio? You can do some HIIT and/or circuits by doing a timed combination of things like burpees, squats, lunges, high knees, jumping jacks, jump squats, push-ups, crunches, planks, calf raises, sprints, etc. As for "problem areas", if you're wanting to shrink them, you have to lower your overall body fat. No amount of exercise, "targeted" or not, will make an area shrink faster than you body wants it to.
