Bulking and Bloating

So I've been cutting, now I'm bulking by eating about TDEE + 500. I feel like I gained all my weight back lol but I know I haven't, and the fat calipers aren't showing an increase in BF% yet....

Could it be the pre-workout whey shakes and the post workout chocolate milk I'm drinking? Maybe just the extra food?

All my macros are in balance by the way. Feedback pls.
