Jillian Michaels Workouts

I have been doing the 30 Day Shred. I love the results I have been getting and the range of exercises. I have not been able to progress to Level 2 due to an old shoulder injury and I found that Level 2 was just too hard on it when I did it one day.
I want to try out more of Jillian's videos...any suggestions that are close to the same intensity as the shred?

I did the Last Chance Workout a lot when it was free on OnDemand and it is seriously awesome. Between that and jogging I got way better results than going to the gym.

After 30DS I moved on to Ripped in 30. It's a good workout but I think the 30DS is better.
Then I toyed with her Yoga Meltdown for a while and finally I moved on to Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Which worked wonders and really helped me lose inches and increase my fitness. But a warning, it's a HUGE step up from 30 Day Shred.
My friend had a lot of success with 6 Week 6 Pack.0 -

Ive done 30DS and currently am doing Ripped in 30. Is the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism as big a step from the first two Dvds? I cant wait to finish this Dvd and move on. I love her workouts.0 -
I am loving the kickbox quick fix. I don't really like dvds, but I like punching and kicking. The leg workout (level2) seems to helping my running. I have neck, elbow and shoulder issues, and I am uncordinated and can still do these lol.
How do people find the moves in the 30 day shred? Are they easy to follow? So far I like her presentation style and find I can understand what to do with the kick box. In saying that I used to do martial arts as a kid.0 -

I also love this workout, I feel more "purged" some days than I do doing 30DS. She hits a lot of the same places and it's easy to add on or subtract movements if you want.
Sure she uses fitness experts in her other DVD's, Natalie has her own website, does kickboxing, etc. but seeing regular people do the exercises encourages me even more. The "after pictures" of them I found on a web site were great, and they seem to be keeping it off.0 -
how often do people do the banish fat workout? im going to start using it tomorow and would like to do it 4-5 days a week with kettlebell routines 3-4 days a week too.0

I would never do the same WO 4/5x week. IMO the 2 best JM dvds are Banish Fat & No More Trouble Zones. I would vary those 2. Personally, I like to mix things about a lot more than that but those 2 will do wonders.0 -
I have the six week six pack workout and, as of last night, I can't even finish the level 1 workout - Jillian definitely puts out challenging workouts so I'm hopeful to get to the point where I can finish the silly thing!!0
