Planet Fitness Workouts Everyday

My friend and I exercise everyday at Planet Fitness. Everyday we do an hour cardio and strengening too. I am exhasted everyday......is it really necessary to exercise everyday?????

    Are you working the same muscle groups every day or splitting them up? You might want to alternate days, so strength one day, cardio the next.

    No its not, and your body needs rest days. Start taking a few rest days in between.

    No it is not. You should definitely have recovery days. 3-4 times per week should be good. The other days can be active rest days (like taking a walk with a friend or playing basketball with the kids, etc)

    Sorry, no ADD meds today, I was focused on one thing, but yeah, you also need at least one rest day so your muscles have a chance to recover.
