Measure pasta dry, there's too many variables with cooking to give an accurate cooked weight.0

Are you asking b/c you cook the whole box and don't know how much is a single portion then? Ultimately you are better off using the dry measurement and only cooking the amount you need for the number of people you are cooking for. If you choose to make the whole box, generally boxes of pasta are 7 servings, so you can eyeball it from that, splitting it into 7 equal portions.0

You can't get an accurate measurement cooked - it will depend on how long you cook it and how much water it absorbs. If you are cooking 3 cups, that would be 4 servings. So, eat approximately 1/4 of what you prepare. If you have a scale, you can weigh all of the cooked macaroni and then weigh yourself a portion that is 1/4 of the total weight.0
