I'm using the bodymedia armband which tracks your calorie output daily, and it can tell when I workout, so it adds calories to my diet, I'm currently consuming 1900cal consisting of (50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat). But after a workout say I burn 492 calories it adds that 492 calories to my calorie total left for the day. In my opinion I don't want this If I workout harder I want to burn more calories that day I don't want them added to my calories I want to stick at 1900 not 1900+492 (2392) . I don't want this because I want to loose weight at a faster rate.
So with that said..

Q: Is it bad to have a deficit larger than 750cal (if I stick to my 1900 and include my exersise(492) I will have a defict of 1,242 that day). Go hard or go home right? I know the potential of loosing muscles but thats going to happen anyways and I take supplements such as creatine and BCAAs.

Why bother to use it if you're not going to take notice if the data it gives. Remember that what's I portent is your average deficit over the week so you can look at those figures if you don't exercise every day. You don't want your deficit to be too high as that will slow down weight loss so set your deficit and then you should eat more if you regularly go over that. Remember you can set your deficit to be what you want- up to 1000.
