    You only have 20lb to lose, being at that large of a deficit is not going to help you out at all.

    minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories and even that is too low for most folks... less than that and your metabolism actually slows down to conserve fat. increase to at least 1200. I was stuck for six weeks, even went so far as to buy the scale a new battery JUST to make sure it was not broken LOL. I doubled my workouts for a week or so.. and increased my calories a bit too.. Worked like a charm, lost 1.5 the next week. you need to refuel and then kick start with a bit more exercise... it does work.. good luck!
