New here, but not to calorie counting!

You name the program, I have probably tried it. I was using SparkPeople for quite some time but am finding the site full of too much stuff that I do not really need. That just leaves me waisting time trying to navigate around all of that to get to what I really want/need. Although there are things I really love about the site, I can not keep up with two sites. LOL. I like this site MUCH better. It is simple, clean and straight to the point. I am a lifetime member of WW so I am used to being able to eat my exercise points/calories. SparkPeople does not do this. I love that here your exercise calories are factored in to your daily allowance. This is great for me because on harder workout days I tend to be a bit more hungry.

I found this site through 3fatchicks. It came highly recommended and I can see why. Around Feb. I started to really try to lose some weight. In that time I have fought the same 11 pounds back and forth. It is frustrating as I have about 60 I want to lose total. I am getting married in October. I have some health issues that would benefit a great deal from the weight loss as well as my overall well being in general.

I use the website as well as the iPhone app.

I look forward to hanging out here and getting to know you guys.
