Protein Help!

Firstly, my diary is open for anyone to look at if needed to help me solve my problem...if it is a problem..lol

I have my protein set at 30% of my total calories. I have been reading how important it is to eat enough protein to aid in weight loss and helps curb hunger, etc. I am having trouble getting to my 30%. Some days I am only getting half..other days I come within 15-20grams of my daily goal.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to increase my daily protein without adding too many more calories in the process?

I hear about protein powders...but I know nothing about them or what to do with them or what kind to get...Thank you in advance for your help!

    get trutein protein powder. it has a combination of whey, egg and casein protein. great pricing too. protein shakes and protein bars are what you probably need.
