2 Months of Workout

Hi, I really like this app as it helps me to maintain the amount of intake each day. I workout everyday. I run for 30 minutes every other day and I use dumbells to get toned on other days. I've been using this app the beginning of March I think. I was 114lbs and now I'm 106lbs thats about 8lbs. I've been eating healthy and limiting my portion. What helps alot is what you eat. I believe in quality vs. quantity. I don't worry too much of how long its going to take me to do the job as long as I'm doing it right. Now I fit perfectly in my clothes thats been stored for so long in the closet since I gave birth to my 18 month old as of today.
