I'm new to calorie counting

Hello!

I am new to this whole thing. I've done Atkins off and on for years but now that I am having some gall bladder issues, it doesn't agree with me anymore so I am now trying to focus on calories. It's a whole new experience to track everything I put in my mouth but this app makes it crazy easy! At least until I try to make a recipe for my family and try to count out and portion it all, that's my least favorite meal to deal with. Anyway, I'm going strong and down 20 lbs in the past probably 10 weeks. My goals is 10 lbs a month but I'd be THRILLED with more! I'd love to find someone with similar statistics as me to encourage and try to motivate. Thanks!! Kristi:smile:
