Best time of day to weigh in

So, I'm trying to keep the scale hidden except for weigh-in day every several weeks seeing as before I had gotten addicted to weighing multiple times a day. Now I know that's neither very healthy or accurate. Since I'm allotting a certain day every several weeks, I want to keep the time of day consistent too. When is the best time to weigh that would be my most real calculation? I used to do first thing in the morning, but though my constant weighing I found that I lose more water later in the day and seem lighter.

After you do your business, no clothes on first thing in the morning

This, for sure. I noticed my weight fluctuates a lot during the day depending on food, water and working out.. So I only weigh myself first thing in the morning.

Definitely first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom. You want to be fasted, with the least amount of excess water in you. You can gain up to 3-5 lbs. in one day just from food and water retention.
