Hey all, I just wanted to post my 120 day progress photo. I was humbled to tears when I saw this today! I cannot believe I am doing this!
I started november 26, 2012 at 275 lbs.
Today march 26, 2013 I am 224 lbs.
50 lbs!!!
I haven't measured my inches since day 90, but then I was down 32.5 inches. I will be anxious to see what it is. I hope to get that done this week!!
This is 90 days of p90x and 30 days of turbofire and clean eating. No crazy sweat clothes, no diet pills, no starving or binging, nothing but good ole fashioned hard work and eating real food!
OMG You are truly an inspiration! Please don't stop, keep going and going and going. You look awesome, I know you feel awesome and you can truly use this to motivate others FOREVER! Job well done!0 -
brilliant. i stopped dieting n hv gone back to 63.1 kg at 5 feet. i started my diet yesterday so hoping to see some real changes in 4 months same as u, i exercise everyday for 1 hour on my cross trainer so fingers crossed. need to lose a huge 18.1 kg by the end of July0

Congratulations!! I lost about 80lb a couple years ago, it took me about 2.5 years to loose it but i was really motivated and ran everyday and worked out every day. The hardest part is to loose the last 20 pounds cause your body gets used to your exercise and diet, so shake it up and make it fun and you will reach your goals in no time!
