Bad of confusing labeling

My pet peeve of the week---nutritional labels on microwave popcorn. The labels make no sense. I got a rude awakening that a bag of popcorn I had been counting as 140 some odd calories actually contains 488 calories. Check those labels carefully! The label was no help, but a small blurb on the from of the package that said 142 calories per serving....yet it is a 3.5 serving bag. The label says something like 142 calories unpopped, or 40 calories per cup popped. Talk about confused? I feel I have been sabotaging myself. I wonder if I can sell all these popcorn packages on eBay? Tell me, what else out there is labeled poorly?

Well,it does say per serving. Not per bag.
Artic zone 150 cal per pint. Turns out it's more per pint.

It really doesn't clearly say per serving, just popped vs un-popped. I will watch for the ice cream thing.
