More Beneficial?

Hi! First off, thanks for reading.
I have a fairly hectic schedule, so getting 30 minutes of exercise in most days is quite difficult, but I still try! When I'm able to do more, I do, but there are some days that I just CAN'T.
I own an elliptical, a treadmill and countless workout DVD's, specifically Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, and 30 Day Shred. My question is, which is more beneficial for weight loss if I'm only able to get the 30 minutes in?
Stats (if that's important )
Age: 22
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 242 (but I started at 287! WOOHOO!! )
Size: Size 20ish
GW: 160 (I think? I don't know... )
Goal size: NOT double digits...

You basically asked me to decide between 5+ different types of cardio. It's all cardio, so pick the one you like the best or mix it up. It doesn't really matter since any of them will help you get into a calorie deficit. Losing weight is going to be more about the right calorie deficit than about which cardio workout you choose.
If you're concerned at all with how your body will look after you've lost weight, you'll probably want to start strength training NOW.

I too work 10 hour days, so i am lucky to get 20 mins in on weeknights. I agree that doing a variety of workouts generally keeps the body guessing, thereby you lose more weight.0
