More Beneficial?

Hi! :) First off, thanks for reading.

I have a fairly hectic schedule, so getting 30 minutes of exercise in most days is quite difficult, but I still try! When I'm able to do more, I do, but there are some days that I just CAN'T.

I own an elliptical, a treadmill and countless workout DVD's, specifically Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, and 30 Day Shred. My question is, which is more beneficial for weight loss if I'm only able to get the 30 minutes in?

Weight: 242 (but I started at 287! WOOHOO!! :D)
Size: Size 20ish

GW: 160 (I think? I don't know... :D)
Goal size: NOT double digits... :)
