BBL VS. Jillian Michael's Killer Buns and Thighs

Any suggestions? I am a fairly petite female in my early 30's. but my lower half is definitely my problem area particularly my thighs. I am looking to tone/slim my thighs, get rid of my saddlebags, and I'd like for my butt to sit up a little higher (like it did when I was younger!). Previously, I was doing Cardio Barre (in LA) which is a ballet barre based workout, fell in love with it and got great results. Then, I moved back to my hometown outside of DC, where the barre fitness trend is just starting to hit and its quite a bit more expensive here. Needless to say, I am not able to afford it anymore. Obviously, I loved the dancey-ness of it, so I was thinking I might enjoy BBL. Killer Buns and Thighs is a bit more budget friendly, but not sure if I'll enjoy it as much. I just want some opinions if possible.
