Should I force myself to eat?

I was recently put on Wellbutrin and it's notorious for causing weight loss. It's a mild stimulant, similar to adderall but much milder and used for depression.
Started taking it today. Not much appetite. I've been stuck at 133 for 2 weeks now, eating around 1400-1600 cal. I'm a 5'4", 18 y/o female. My tdee is about 2100 cal but I'm not sure why I wasn't losing weight. I didnt even log my exercise today. Should I just embrace the weight and appetite loss or force myself to eat?
