I am on third week day 3 and I just realized that I will not be able to finish the entire program, I will be short 4 days, leaving out of the country to asia. Where do I cut, 1st month, recovery week, or just not completely finish it?

    I would say either just keep going as you are or if you're determined to finish cut the recovery week. Just do a few days recovery and start straight into max. You'll get pretty bored of recovery v quickly...

    Recovery never seems to get the respect it deserves because people simply want their results...like yesterday.

    I think the best thing to do is plug along in thr program without skipping workouts, and so what if you can't do the last 4? But never cut your recovery short. Ever.

    I would suggest just going through the program and skip the last 4 days.......I am not sure what you are doing in asia but take a few hikes or go for a run on a beach (if you are near one) and it will make up for the last few days!

    Yeah, skip out on a couple days of recovery..it's boring and really not much of a point to it, honestly.
