i have been looking at the excercise sections so what you are saying i eat 1,200 calories is what i am supposed to eat recommended on here so i have to burn 1,200 calories in order to lose weight

No, that amount of intake calories is as if you are not working out. As you add workouts it will up your daily calories allowance.
So, if you just ate the 1200 calories and didn't work out you would lose weight.0 -
If I understand your question... no, you should be able to lose weight if you stick with 1200 calories or less regardless of exercise. The number is determined by your present stats, current activity level, and goals to lose weight. However, apart from the multitude of benefits of exercise, it will help you lose weight faster. Keep in mind, though, that you have to eat some of those calories that you burned off so that your body will not eventually go into starvation mode. Good luck!0
