Not losing weight

I have been doing British military fitness for just over two weeks now, I have been sticking to a healthy eating plan, decided to use my fitness pal yesterday.

Someone please advise, I only have 1.7 stone to loose

    Two weeks? That's not enough time for your body to adjust. Check your weight and measurements after four weeks and see if you need to make adjustments. I actually didn't start seeing results until six weeks. Busted my *kitten* in the gym, too.
  • I have actually upped my calorie in take on Tuesday, to my tdee and -20%, so gonna see how that works
