I am now a "believer" re exercise calories

After conflicting advice,I started eating back the exercise calories.I had a bit of a plateau, not losing anything or just 100g.I have only been doing this (MFP) since early feb and to date have lost just over 5kg.I lost 1.5kg during the last week and none of the food I ate really resembled the sterotype of "diet food".Now just to get through Easter..I will open my diary if anyone wants to look...Might help those who want more than rabbit food lol

    I started doing more excercise to have "enough" to eat, now I'm doing so much exercise I can actually add some more calorific things back into my menus. And the weight is going and the shape is changing - what's not to like?
