I found this video that shows different kinds of food up to 2.000 calories. It's only 2 minutes long but it might be good for people just starting out to get a feel for awereness on calories.

Very nice video, but I miss a lot of tasty varieties which are low in calories. What about meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables (okay, there were carrots), salads without tons of oily dressing, pasta with tomato sauce instead of cheese and so on?0

Thanks. I had seen this on AOL and also wondered why there was so little real food in it. Interesting and smart graphics but would have been more helpful if a bit more balanced, for example showing 2,000 cals of grilled chicken vs 2,000 cals chicken nuggets or 2,000 calories of new potatoes vs 2,000 calories of french fries. The only foods shown that I eat are eggs, bananas, carrots, avocados and almonds. Probably of most interest to me being in the UK was to see what a 'Cinnabon' was as I had heard of these on MFP but could only guess what they were. They look evil!!0

I also would have preferred to see more low calorie varieties. But still it was fun to see how much calories you take in while eating a BigMac for example.
If I come across a similar vid with healthy foods ill post it here0
