Hello everyone.
This is Dalal and i'm from Kuwait. I'm 25 y.o
Let me tell you a little about my weight loss story. I started my diet with 106 kgs (not yet familiar with myfitnesspal). I started in July 2012. With a lot of workouts and diet I lost 28 kgs. This is when I started using myfitnesspal. Started at 78 kgs and my current weight is 75.
My goal weight is 70 kgs, but i am not loosing weight anymore. I do 2 hours of aerobic exercise every week. My weight's been stable at 75 for 3 weeks now and i'm worried about this. I usually loose a minimum of 1 kg per week.
I need some help with this.
