Pretty much every single movie ever.

    [...]

You know, an easier topic would probably be "what movies DON'T make you cry."

    I'm a very emotional person.
This is pretty much me! Except I am not really an emotional person as far as like, life goes. (Well. Actually that is untrue, but a completely different topic). If it is shown on the big ol' TV box, it will probably make me cry (possibly in a book, but on screen is almost guaranteed)-- movies, shows, commercials. Infomercials. I have to go through periods of detox or I am an emotional wreck. From the TV.

    It's kind of alarming.

Titanic. It's just so sad that poor guy had to die because that horrible girl had to hog that piece of wood. I'm pretty sure they could both fit or at the very least take turns in the water. So sad :(

I'm more of a thriller/horror movie girl but the ones that I have needed tissues for are:

    1. What Dreams May Come - Robin Williams
    2. Patch Adams- Again Robin Williams
    3. Marley and Me - Which I was forced to watch 2ce on a flight from Aruba to Miami and then from Miami to Boston. Torture trying to not cry on a plane.
    4. Finding Nemo- Just at the very beginning though.

God! I've gotten soft in my old age!

The note book (just a good story)
Marley and Me (cried for 30 minutes after the movie, reminded me of what I had to do with my cat 2 years earlier)
Any movie that has an animal dying in it (for example, can't stand the part where the horse dies in Neverending Story)
    The Green Mile (powerful)

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas
    Passion of the Christ*

*I don't care if you're Christian or not- that scene where Jesus is being beaten is intense, as is any scene after featuring Mary. My brain always goes to that place and imagines the agony she would've felt as a mother watching her son go through that.
  • Everytime i see "What Dreams May Come" i cry. Especially that conversation Robin Williams has with his wife when she is in that 'bad place'.

The Twilight trilogy makes me weep for humanity.
  • A lot of people saying Marley and Me......
I have never seen that movie because I absolutely refuse to ever watch it because I KNOW that I would just end up drowning in a pool of my own tears. Nope. Can't do it.

My husband almost cried the first time we saw Armagedan, the scene where Bruce Willis says goodbye to his daughter. You have to be a robot not to tear up!

I don't actually cry at any movie but I do get chocked up at a lot of them.
    Return to Me.
    Pay it Forward.
!3th Warrior with Antonio Banderas when Buliwyf dies.
and I will have to agree about How to Train Your Dragon with the end scene. No matter how many times I've seen these movies they still affect me. As for when the Red Fern Grows my 7th and 8th grade teacher read that to the class and all the girls where crying and at least 3/4 of the boys.
of course with that said my sense of humor is sometimes a little warp and during some "tearjerker" scenes in movies I have to actually stop myself from laughing. Yes I know warped. :-)
