I start sniffling at most things - but was highly amused the guy I work with admitted to crying at Spiderman ( the bit when they pass him across the tops of their heads in the train). Oh & apparently he also got rather emotional watching Muriel's wedding lol.

I cry whenever an animal dies. I even cried while watching Frankenweenie with my son it was probably because I was pregnant with my daughter at the time, but still its a dead dog movie even if it is a cartoon. I also cry at the budweiser commercial where the guy raises the horse and it leaves and he goes to see it at the parade and he thinks the horse doesn't see him and when he is on his way to his car the horse comes chasing after him. Its so sweet I love happy endings and I am a sucker for animals.

I'm the exact same! I cried when I saw that commercial too.

I tear up pretty easily, but I think the last movie I actually SOBBED over was the very last Harry Potter movie. Not only was the movie (and the book) incredibly sad, but it was like my childhood was ending!

So true!! I feel like HP is my childhood, too. I was sobbing in the cinema. It was so embarrassing but I couldn't stop myself. The movie was bad enough but I couldn't stop thinking "This is it. The end of my childhood". And to the OP, I cry in almost every movie. And those sentimental commercials. Even worse, when it's a guy crying. That really brings the water works.

Any animal movie where the animal dies pretty much.

Hachi (bawled like a baby and went to bed depressed, hugging my fur babies extra tight)

    Marley and me

I am Legend (his dog was his only friend :( )

    Turner and Hooch

And not a movie, but every time I watch Animal Cops on the Animal Planet I end up crying.

Non animal related movie that makes me cry every time:

    Beaches

Same here. But to be honest, they could film a guy taking a **** and if they put the tragic, sad classical music in the background, I'd cry.

I cried a river with Marley and Me.. I cried the last 30 min of the movie and continued crying 30 min after the movie. Made me remember when my two dogs passed away 2 weeks apart from each other. Complete tragedy :(

Also Legends of the fall ...When Tristan´s bro dies and when he gets back home and finds out his dad is sick and can barely walk /talk.. So sad.

I also remember crying watching Dumbo, when Dumbo´s mom is in a cage and little Dumbo visits her

Hachi.. omg I couldnt even breath , congested nose for all the crying.

why hasn't anybody listed The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants?

The end of Schindler's List when he breaks down realizing what he could have sold to save just one more life. The only flick to ever make me cry.

Click, with Adam Sandler. Between the time when he goes to his son's wedding and the time that he passes away. Only movie that's ever really made me cry.

Oh yea, I cried MESSY at that one.

The Shawshank Redemption always gets me teary.
Becoming Jane, the scene where Hathaway and McAvoy meet in the woods and hate each other.
Freedom Writers. Ah, Hilary Swank, you ol' inspirational devil, you.
LOTR when Gandalf "dies", Froto's reaction shot (even though I knew Gandalf was coming back, still, argh!)
Steel Magnolias. WTF with that movie, WTF. The only reason it was FILMED was to make people cry. Seriously, WTF.

Oh there is 1 more that got me close. Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade where his dad thinks his gone over the cliff. Think cos the flick just had so much comedy banter between the two & then Sean Connery's like "I lost him & I told him nothing". Then when Indy joins him on the cliff looking down & you think there's going to be more comedy but instead his dad hugs him going "I thought I lost you son" some definite welling up was nearly on the go. I was just totally unpreparred for that moment I think cos of the tone of the movie.
