I eat alot of fruit and always, and i mean always, go way over on my sugar intake. I really feel that becasue 90% of it is natural, not processed sugar, that it is ok. Should I be concerned??

If it's real fruit and you are still losing weight, there's nothing to worry about. If you hit a plateau, then it might be time to rethink, but for now, you're doing great!0

check out my food diary, im the same! i love fruit! but yeah im getting the feed back that its ok because your body can process natural sugar easier than sugar from sweets etc.0

The same thing always happens to me. Sometimes its mostly from milk, but how do would I change that? I like drinking milk. Im wondering if maybe thats why my weight loss is slower then I thought it would be. It will be good to see what people say. Thanks for posting.0

good point on watching the weight loss, if you are still loosing, keep doing it. I have the same problem.0

I really wish there was a way to differentiate between processed and natural sugars because your body just doesn't process them the same way! I was tracking sugar, but I finally just took it off my tracking page because I went over everyday from natural sugars.0

I dont think you should be concerned....fruits is good for you
As long as you arent over eating else where you will be fine
Its the processed sugar you need to be concerned about
2 serving of any fruit will practically put you over in a minute
But thats ok...the body can handle it0
