I did my first day of the 30day shred yesturday and felt ok but then woke up a few times throughout the night because my hips were hurting, then woke up this morning and I am sore from the waist down, my hips, thighs, calves, inner thighs, even my toes lol. Jullian kicked my butt. Have any of you felt this sore after your first day?

I started the 30 Day Shred 5 Days ago - I'm doing day 5 tonight after work! I did it first on Sunday evening, and the next morning when I woke up I actually felt OK and I was like huh, I heard you absolutely killed the day after...but then...by about 3'o'clock my whole body absolutely KILLED. I did day 2 and on Day 3 I HURT A LOT.

Yep, very common. It gets better. If you feel that you are just sore, not injured, then try your best to push through it and hit it again. You'll toughen up to it quickly.

yep i was really sore after the 1st day. It goes away after a few days though.0

Usually about 24 hours after my first one I start to really feel it. When you get back into it the next day your muscles loosen up a bit and you can do most of it. I was a little sore after moving up levels as well.0

Keep moving even though your sore. The best way to ease muscle pain is to M.I.C.E it ( Movement, Ice, Compression & Elevation)0

For me, it last for the first 3 days. Now I still get sore, but not like in the beginning. Every move was painful at first. :laugh:
Keep with it though, I promise it does not last0 -
Day 3 for me is tonight, I'm pretty sore today but we can work this out0

I am going to try and take it easier today but still get my hour and a half on the treadmill and Jullian day 1 again0

Yes ma'am, it hurt like a son-of-a-gun. I am also doing the Kim Kardashian vids too- those hurt just as bad.0
