Sports Injury!

Well it is quite some time since I could claim I have a sports injury!

My knee is now seriously swollen after the walking I have done this week - I think the problem is caused by my back being out of alignment and I am seeing a physio for this on Tuesday. It is quite depressing not being able to follow up with more walking though I have been hobbling about London a fair bit today.

Strangely I still feel quite good and I have kept my eating in check today without any trouble at all - hopefully it will stay that way. I guess I am going to have to reduce my intake a little for the next few days to compensate for the reduced output - the site is an excellent way to track this and stay on top.

    Sorry about your injuries

    yes as long as you watch your calorie intake you will be fine...you wont loose as fast as you would have with working out, however you will loose

    I have a sports injury also. I have to go to sports medicine. I'm a 58 year old granny and I hurt myself on the elliptical. I forgot I'm not as young as I use to be. After 3 weeks I finally decided to go to the doctor this morning. Good News, theres no breakage. I feel better already. Hope you are doing better, I know it can be a real bummer, when you want to work out and can't!!! Good Luck!!!:drinker:
