Change in my Activity/Food levels, would love some advice!

Hello!

I was hoping for some advice from anyone who's been there or knows about nutrition vs. activity levels.

I am 28, last weigh in was 135lbs and 5"4' - I don't weigh in often as I am more concerned about inches / how I feel / improving my health.

When i set my MFP goals, I was doing no exercise, aside from walking to the bus stop and other necessary activities.

On MFP I am currently set to sedentary, although I've altered my macros to; carbs50% protein30% fat20% (based on reading a lot of MFP posts on the macro subject) with a calorie level of 1200 a day - MFP gave me this amount, but when I worked out my TDEE -20% independently, it was 1,456, so I've been planning my meals to 1,200 and then letting a couple of healthy snacks (grilled turkey / carrots / fruit) bump the total up to around 1,400.

But, just as i thought I'd figured it all out, the MFP bug got me and I am changing my exercising ways (it's so exciting!)

I am now gently exercising roughly 2/3 times a week - 1-2 hours of yoga a week, at least 30 mins of very brisk walking a day, one fitness class most weeks (zumba or something similar) and every 2 or 3 days I do bodyweight and 1kg weight exercises at home.

Should I change my MFP profile? Should I recalculate my TDEE to include the exercise and -20% ? Or should I leave my calorie goal at 1,200 and eat back all my exercise calories? I know everyone says this but I'm so nervous of eating more calories, even with hugely helpful explanations like this; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Merithyn/view/eat-more-weigh-less-demystified-293364

All advice is really appreciated, I really value the advice on all these posts! :drinker: :flowerforyou:
