Hello my fellow Mfpers,
I started going to the gym 2 months ago.At first I was really excited and enjoyed it but now I'm SO freaking bored of going there.I heard that there are Gym dancing classes or something like that.. I really don't know how to call it (people following a choreography with really loud music ).Are the results the same? Thoughts?

It depends on whether you're lifting or going to the gym for cardio. Dancing seems to fall more into the realm of cardio. If that's what you're after then GO FOR IT. If you just need a change to keep you on the right track, GO FOR IT. If you are looking to build bigger muscles...
Maybe you need to keep some weights on your weekly schedule, as cardio will work different types of muscles from lifting.
But if you just need a change to re-energize your interest in fitness, I say DO EET!0
