April 1st....female fitness freaks!?!?

Hey ladies,
I'm looking for friends that like to tear it up with workouts: weights, running, elliptical, rowing, karate, zumba, pick your poison!
I do any combination of the above and more. If you need a push from a crazy person, I'm looking for friends who'll do the same :o)
April 1st is my "buckle down and GET IT DONE" ramp it up date. Are you in?? My goal is to lose as much as possible 4/1-5/31. It won't be easy as I'm not a big person, but a friend of mine is putting on a biggest loser competition again. I did it in 2010 and WON! Back then I was up against people with alot more weight that I had to lose.
If nothing else, I'm going up against the same thing this time and some of the same people, I want them to go harder this time and lose the weight they need to lose. It's not about me....it's about them getting healthy. Maybe if they see me doing it, with less to lose, they will push harder. That is my hope....to be the carrot they need to succeed! It will be much easier for them to shed the % than me! It's never easy, but you know what I mean!
If you're looking to GET IT DONE, friend me! We can push each other!

  • I soo need that push, I haven't really lost as much the past couple months. Definately not as much as I'd like to I'd like to buckle down and see some real results! That sounds like a really good idea for you and very nice of you to help out your friends like that :) I like kickboxing and have a class every Friday (except the holidays lol) and LOVE zumba, I end up doing it 2-5 days a week. I'd also like to get back into jogging regularly outside with the warmer weather coming.

    I AM IN... I want to run a half marathon in May and get a summer bikini body. I am starting the P90X ab ripper from next Tuesday too... let's do this!
