How Do I upload before and after pics?

I saw the other post about before and after pictures. I looked back at when I was my heaviest and then a picture that was taken a few months ago and I can't believe the difference. I really just wanted to post and brag I can't figure out how to get my pictures on a discussion though. Thanks.

You first have to upload them to a site like photobucket.com or tinypic.com or any other site that does image hosting. Then you copy and paste the codes in the new topic. There will be an IMG in the front and back of the pic codes you have to change them to lowercase img for the pics to show up.
