    I must say, you were carrying your weight very gracefully at 200.. I would never have guessed you are 5'5' and 200 in the first pic, and you look a lot skinnier than and average 140 in the second shot! Congratulations!

    Way to go! I, too, have been sitting on a weight plateau after losing 25 pounds, but am still losing inches, so must be muscle weight.
