help! skinny fat!

i think i'm pretty skinny fat but i don't know, how exactly does skinny fat look like? how much should the body fat percentage be to be considered skinny fat? also, i'm not sure if the soft areas in the body are actually fat or just loose skin. i'm a bit confused...

can anyone here please explain? :D

    I'm a little concerned since you had an ED. You're already at the low end of a healthy BMI. Going to 75 will put you in the underweight category. Have you talked to a doctor about your weight goal?

    To not look skinny fat, you need to get muscle. To do that, you should eat at least your maintenance calories and start lifting weights. Doing things like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, etc. You'd probably gain a bit but you would look thinner and fitter.
