How to track a workout dvd as exercise?

I started doing the Jillean Michaels 30 day shred (I've had it for like a year gathering dust and was shocked when I joined here to see how many people use it!) So my question is: how do I track it in my exercise diary? I just tried to remember everything I did and guesstimate on the reps and on how long I did jumping jacks, etc. Is there a better way?
Also, does anyone else supplement the video with other strength training? I feel like we didn't touch lower back, triceps, calves, etc so I was thinking of adding some additional exercises.
I do other cardio by the way - I'm doing a run/walk training to get me back into running in 8 weeks

I log workouts led by DVDs and fitness applications as "general circuit training." But sometimes, the actual programs are actually in the database. If you haven't found anything after searching 30 day shred (or something similar), I'd just log it as circuit training.0

Circuit training works for most of the 30DS type DVD's. For the dancing types you can use, dancing aerobic.0

Exactly what I needed - thanks!0
